: The location was ideal for our stay being central. The provision of parking was also very handy.
: When you enter the building to the lifts it has a finicky smell. The hallway to directly to the flat is not clean and also smelly. When you enter the flat we were met with the smell of smoke and a lingering funky smell after that- had to go buy air freshener. The flat is lacking in basic facilities like an iron. Only had 1 drinking glass. The blind in one room was on the floor, the blind in another room only opened half way. The blinds in the living room are not well kept. The furniture in the living room is broken and uncomfortable to sit on. The beds seemed to be the only thing that would be good but they were uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no hot water to shower/bath with. When we called the number on the email the person we spoke to did not have a clue about how to turn the hot water on. When we eventually figured it out by ourselves the water never got warmer than barely lukewarm.

  : Location is good
: There were red ants, and the water pressure in shower was very low. The facility person tried to argue that this is normal even though he admitted that someone previously also complained of the same. The apartment is not good if 2 guests want to talk on phone or laptop as there is no door between lounge and bedroom. Overall it was ok'ish and didn't like as had stayed in a better facility in the same complex.

: It did feel like we owned the property which was a lovely feel. The location was lovely and the set up was nice. The sofa was lovely for us to cuddle up and watch a bit of TV before going to bed. It had a lovely homely feel to it.
: The expensive charge just for late check out. Its nearly another whole night stay, so maybe if that price dropped a little bit especially if its for a few hours then it might have made a better deal for money.

: Good location, nice apartment, really comfortable beds.
: In one of the bedrooms, the radiator was detached from the wall and was hanging on. Someone just squeezed it with the wardrobe and I was scared to turn it on in case of fire. The smell on the corridor was terrible and so intense it was getting into the apartment.
