: Hotel staff was helpful and gladly pool bar was open almost all the time. We get also extra services from Menada Office, so everything went great. We have also problem with the kitchen owen, and the fix came very fast and problem was gone! Thank you for that! Also good location near market and Nessebar, beach etc. was great! Bus lines run quite often so it was easy to get on Sunny Beach center.
: Hotel pool water was absolutely freezing cold, so I hope they put effort on that in the future, somehow. If the pool is warm (or warmer than now), also people will spend more money on pool bar etc. That was the biggest minus for children and for us adults too :( We spend in this hotel apartments 10 days without room cleaning and changing towels, gladly we are so active to do those jobs for ourselves ;) You could buy extra cleaning, but maybe 1-2 times in 10 days would be great including price.

: spacious apartment in good location, close to the sea.
: Stayed :family of five people - sofa in the living room are not comfortable for sleeping, and they are very noisy, when you turn around during the night. It is better to sleep on the floor. For two people, it is perfect apartment. Not good if you need to use sofas.

: Quiet location. Distance from the beach, about 200 meters. Close to the bus station.The apartment is located on the 7th floor and offers side sea view as well as pool view. The rooms are large, air conditioning is only in the living room. In the kitchenette you will find almost everything you need, less sponge and dish detergent. There is an electric hob.
: The curtains were dirty. There are no dark curtains, so the light wakes you up early in the morning. The bed sheet was shorter than the bed. The two-person sofa in the living room creaked with every movement and we had to tie the bar we were pulling to extend it, thus reducing the noise (the mattress is rolling). The shower cabin had no doors, only a shower curtain. The mop used to wipe the floor was very dirty. There are no mosquito nets. No kettle to make coffee. The electric kettle could not be used because the lid was stuck. There is no microwave oven, just a large electric oven, but it no longer has the original buttons so you can see the programs and temperature. There is a TV but no TV programs. No WI FI, but you can connect to WI FI from the Bulgari terrace. The pool of the complex has the water very cold.

: It was terrible! My entire vacation was ruined. I come to this hotel not at first time, but the company that served these apartments, Karolina Menada, was disgusting. Everything in the apartment was broken and out of order: the lamp in the bathroom did not work, the bed was broken, the sofa did not unfold and was damaged. The oven didn't work. At night there was a terrible humming sound from the ventilation shaft. The pillows were filled with pieces of foam. No hair dryer no microwave oven. We called and emailed the company for several days in a row, asked to change the apartments. We were told that they do not have rooms in this hotel. When I come in at booking.com and showed them that they have an apartment, they showed us one and when we were going to to move into it, they said that it was already booked. After 14 days, they finally fixed our bed and brought a cot. Disgusting service! Bed linen was changed only once in 25 days! Towels changed after 10 days! And they didn't give a deposit back!
