  : The room was extremely spacious with a big enough balcony looking at the side of the hotel. The pool was quite big. Good music by the pool bar. Enough sunbeds around to enjoy the sun. The animation team did a great job entertaining us. Breakfast was great, but...
  : Lunch and dinner was poor, not a big variety and most not tasteful either. The pool water was very cold. Not any famous cocktails served like mojito. No coffee served rather than what was made out of a machine by the pool bar and the main restaurant. Not enough cleaning personnel around the pool.

  : The hotel is wonderful, very clean, with very polite and helpful staff. Varied and tasty food. A good pool that can save you if there is a storm at sea. Very good balance with noise and silence.
  : Incompetence of the staff who are on duty at night at the hotel. Due to a storm, our plane was forced to land not in Burgas, but in Sofia, from Sofia to Burgas we traveled by bus, which is why, through no fault of ours, we arrived at the hotel not in the evening, as agreed, but in the morning. We were very tired because of the rough road. The hotel attendant told us that we had to wait in the lobby for 2-8 hours to be assigned to a room, since the room was not cleaned. We began to be indignant, since we really wanted to relax after a hard journey and, according to the agreement, we were supposed to check into our room in the evening. Only after arguments were we accommodated and we were finally able to take a shower and lie down to rest. By the way, the room was cleaned and ready for occupancy. I dont understand why we were immediately told that we needed to wait 2-8 hours.
