: The garden is beautiful, the surroundings as well. The living room is very cosy and the bedrooms are comfortable. The house is well decorated and has lot of charm. The kitchen is huge! WiFi is excellent if you need to work from home!
: It would be great if the owners could invest in one or two more pans to be able to cook eggs, etc. The current one is very old and not really suitable. Also adding a few more good knives for cutting vegetables would help. As for cleaning, it wasn't perfect, one of the fridge hadn't been cleaned at all... The shower in the master bedroom might need to be fixed as the temperature is changing from hot to cold... So we used the other one!

: beautiful cottage in the Cotswold. Lots of character inside. amazing kitchen and good sized rooms. lots of land and picturesque views.
: It was cold and the underfloor heating in the main area down stairs and the heating in the bedrooms didnt seem to be working. The bed in the master suite is really uncomfortable. it is two mattresses pushed together and they did not line up properly, making for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

: Its dirty, kitchen drawers are filthy with hairs in, wee stain on beds sheet, dead flies in windows, ripped bath towels. Rude maintenance staff due to lack of hot water. No welcome pack, only 1 pint of milk, previous guests kitchen supplies remained but a lot were out of date. Printed paperwork from previous guest on kitchen side. Looked great in photos but attention to detail 0/10. Blind didnt work in 2nd bedroom so had to put cushions up for light

: The various living spaces made it ideal for 2 couples not to be cramped in the home for a week. The cottage felt like a home. The toilet paper, the laundry liquid and kitchen items all were fabulous and made our stay a lot easier.
: We could not get the heating to work, underfloor or on the wall. We rang the Manager but they were unable to give us any further advice. We also would have liked a laundry foldout airer. We had been travelling several months and wanted to do washing whilst there. We did, but could only use the dryer (which we did not want to use both as some clothes are not suitable for dryer, the length of time the dryer had to be on and the excessive cost to the owner for the electricity)
