  : Exceptional cleanliness lovely room comfy bed and a great walk in shower. Linen and towels lovely quality. Could not fault the accommodation and location at all.The housekeeper does an amazing job every day.
  : This hotel advertises a pool with a bar. This hotel met our needs when we arrived until we discovered the pool bar was closed and we were told it would not open during our 2 week stay. This was very disappointing. There was a beautiful pool with lovely sunbeds surrounded by well kept gardens looking onto the mountains but no bar nowhere on site at all to buy a drink of any description. Even a self service drinks machine would have sufficed. We therefore used the pool at a hotel nearby which was ok but it was not as nice as the Niko Elen pool so not ideal when where you have booked was supposed to provide a bar. It should not advertise bar when they don't have it open.The American style breakfast is boring same every day even down to the fruit, watermelon and tinned peaches for 14 days. White and brown bread but no toaster? Not American as advertised no pancakes/waffles nothing hot. All in all a great stay we would stay again if the pool bar was open.

  : no privacy at night, staff accused us of smoking in the room which we didnt. my partner didnt feel comfortable in the hotel. breakfast was poor. air conditioning 8 euro a day

  : The rooms were clean, thats the only positive thing I can say unfortunately.
  : The staff was not welcoming at all. We all felt very uncomfortable with the way we were treated. As soon as we came in it didnt feel like we were welcome. We had to pay for airconditioning (eventhough on Booking.com it literally states that airco isincluded, still we had to pay 6 p/d). Also we gota whole lecture on how we werent supposed to put it under 23 degrees C. After a bit of hassling we managed to get the money back. In the room we had a spare 1-person bed (which we were not planning on using). We got told that if we would use it anyway they would put us in another room.The staff talked to us like we were a bunch of high school teenagers, even though we were all well above the adult age which was a little embarrassing if I have to be honest. Privacy was also not a thing here: the staff was watching every move youd make which was incredibly uncomfortable.Last but not least: towels were not cleaned unless you specifically asked for it, and even then it was made clear that you shouldnt ask for new towels which I found very strange. Even if you had put them on the floor after 3 days, they were not switched for new ones and you were expected to use the towels from the floor.

  : Breakfast was good but could do more for British as we don't eat chips and hotdogs and certain things for breakfast. Staff were so nice and helpful place was nice and quiet as they wouldn't tolerate noisey guests. Pool area maintained very well.
  : Just food choice for breakfast maybe.
