  : Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great beach view. We had suite W001 with a private pool which was a lovely room for our wedding anniversary.
  : The outdoor space was overlooked by 3 apartments next door who were constantly sitting on their balconies watching you sunbathe and in the pool. All it would take would be a corner screening panel to obscure their view into the room. The booking process was quite misleading and we believed it to be private location. The shower in the room is amazing and has water jets, although the door is a really bad design and has an open gap that allows all the water to escape into the bathroom when the jets are turned on. Weve stayed in many luxury hotels all over the World and this room simply wasnt worth 750 per night. The west side pool area is very busy and unless you are up early then you will struggle to get sun beds. Saving beds shouldnt be allowed as often beds are empty with towels on for hours. The hotel needs a clear policy that towels and belongings will be removed if you leave the pool area to go out or go for lunch, this would free up space for other guests who have also paid a lot of money to stay in resort and not on the beach. The other pool area and restaurant at the east end of the hotel is like a budget hotel and needs a serious renovation to make it look more inviting.

  : We got a very warm welcome when we arrived And it was a pleasure to have fresh towels and linens every day, without special policy for them.
  : A lot of things distracted us from relaxing... I will list some of them. Dining. To my mind, the good service is with a minimum of fuss. It was not the case in the restaurant. We did not like that drinks were not included in buffet, every time we had to order them separately from food, free for breakfast and paid for dinner. I cannot remember something fantastically delicious offered in the restaurant. Maybe, chocolate mousse, it was good. As for the room. The bathroom was not convenient to use: water leaked out of shower door and the towel rack was far from it. We like to drink tea and found some tea bags in the room, but no kettle there. And there was no drying rack. Sunbathing on the beach. The loungers were always busy, so we paid for a place for two for 10 euros in the hotel nearby. We were not disappointed with that, as we liked their sunbeds more. But, our hotel could arrange this as they do not have space enough for all guests. Environment. The hotel looked intriguing and impressive on the photos, unfortunately, not that in reality.

  : The opening time of the steam room and sauna. Opening from 11:00-14:00, those are the hours people are most active. The quality of the wine served with the all inclusive package is terrible!

  : Modern airy and comfortable, super friendly and helpful staff, great location, good breakfast, nice pools and beach area. We had a super time here. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking. The hotel, whilst modern, has a very welcoming feel to it. Wonderful shower in the room, and rooms were well serviced.
  : Better lighting in the bathroom would help, and my wife wanted a full length mirror in the room. But these are not detracting from the overall experience.

  : The property was fantastic and the staff all very friendly. The pool was a good size too and the food especially the salads very fresh and tasty. The location was perfect too and very close to lots of great local restaurants.
  : My only criticism of the hotel was the arbitrary dress code that was implemented to get in to the restaurant in the evening. You couldnt wear flip flops or sliders, but trainers, ripped jeans and football shirts seemed perfectly acceptable. It made no sense as some guests who were very smartly dressed were just turned away as they didnt have the appropriate footwear. I also felt sorry for the staff who had to deal with this as it just seemed to unnecessarily upset some of the guests. Not a great policy.
