  : Hotel was good clean and breakfast was good. Very central location.
  : Room did not have a view. Bathroom flooded one night with dirty water coming from floor pipe. Staff sorted the problem promptly.

  : The pool and bar. The staff were mostly pleasant until there was a problem.
  : The noise from the bar above our bedroom kept us up at night and woke us early in the morning while they were setting up for breakfast. When I complained to staff asking to be moved, they were very unpleasant and at points rude. They refused to move us because of the room we had booked, saying there was none available (we had a balcony). I would have happily moved to a cheaper room for less noise. One night, it got so bad that we rang up to reception with no answer. We then rang externally into the hotel, to which they answered and informed us there was a private party being thrown and there was nothing they could do. My husband had to get out of bed and get dressed to go up to the bar when it became unbearable. Instead of the private party they had told us was being held, it was the staff partying on their own in the locked up bar. They did then turn down the music, but without fail, 5.30 am the noise above would start again. The location of the hotel was excellent and the price was good but the trip was ruined with the lack of sleep and the ignorance of the staff.
