  : Food, spa, customer service and staff in general were fantastic
  : Nothing i didn't like but perhaps the shuttle bus into town could run all day. There was a 4 hour break in the afternoon

  : The hotel had an amazing location and the view was incredible ! The swimming pool was a bonus and despite being cold , it was a treat in October if you come from a cold country ! The staff at the restaurant was incredibly helpful and friendly . The food was really nice ( we had lunch and dinner once) and the breakfast was replaced even for the late arrivals ! Maria Grazia, the lady who greater us every morning before making our room was the highlight of our stay! She spent a good few minutes every morning talking to the kids and asking how we were an absolutely delightful personally and she brightened our mornings !!! The room was always spotless on our return - thanks Maria Grazia !!! Be aware that the free shuttle bus from the hotel to town stops between 1230pm and 330pm which means you need to have lunch at the hotel the town stops during this hours anyway but you can still find nice coffee shops to eat if you dont want a fancy lunch at the hotel. The town comes alive after 5pm and its totally worth it using the buses to experience the town at night ! Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Kids enjoyed the games room- pool table and table tennis . The gentleman at the reception desk was incredibly helpful but some other staff was quite unapproachable and we felt uncomfortable sometimes to ask questions as it seemed like we were importuning them too much. I recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay there again .

  : I suggest avoiding this place, only thing we liked was the location.
  : There were ants in the room, elevator was in maintenance, wifi not working and personnel at the reception didnt seem to understand English.
