  : The location was close to the beach. The breakfast was mostly the same every day, but you had to season it in order to taste good. We believe it was cooked to be ok for children as there were a lot of young couples with little children there. Every night, there were fun parties made for children. The room was cleaned daily. There is a supermarket inside the complex in one of the buildings. The swimming pool was very big.
  : The gym was very small. You could see that the guests dont use if as much as other facilities.

  : it was very thoughtful of the hotel to leave a cold dinner, when noting that we would arrive after hours. as well as letting us serve ourselves ahead of schedule, since we would leave very early.
  : one of the beds was a little hard, because the mattress is thin

  : The pools and all the activities for the kids were nice, especially the mini disco every night. Quite calm and nice place to stay with children all around. The room was very modern with great ac, microwave and fridge.
  : It was hard to get your own sunbed, since all the sunbeds were taken early on (pool opens at 10am, and most of the beds were taken after 7am). We didn't get 2 sunbeds next to each other in the whole stay here, as people allocated the beds (sometimes even when they didn't show up to the pool at all, just reserved them 'just in case')

  : We liked the location of the apartment hotel which was close to the sea/bars and shops. Food was decent with a variety of cuisine and our hotel apartment was very clean and easily fitted a family of six.

  : The location was excellent within walking distance of the beaches, shops and bus stops. My room was very comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant was lovely with a great variety to choose from and the staff were very friendly.

  : The staff were very friendly and always helpful. For children it's a great place: kiddie pool / kids club / evening animation are great for them. Oscar at the front desk and Juanjo from the poolbar staff were absolute stars - fantastic!
  : The food is very average, at best. It's clear the focus is mass and not quality. Avoid the 'fresh' juices and coffee machines at breakfast, neither of those are drinkable. At over EUR 2300 for a 5 night stay, one would expect decent food. The good news is, there are many restaurants in walking distance, and you'll be happy to pay for better food outside the hotel. As it is a very child friendly place, the level of noise is biblical, so be prepared. We left more exhausted than when we arrived. Nearly all sun lounges around the pool are reserved by a certain group of guests early in the morning. There's a sign in the elevator asking guests not to do this, but since the hotel doesn't enforce it, nobody seems to care. Avoid getting a room on the ground floor, as these rooms are very old, smell of mold, are very dark and you are right in 'the noise zone'. We asked for a better room and Oscar at reception obliged & got us a room on the top floor - fantastic upgrade. Don't bother organizing a 'shuttle' through the hotel (it's not a shuttle, but a normal taxi). It isn't included, although available, and it isn't any cheaper than taking a normal taxi from the airport. Our luggage was lost on the way to Mallorca, and because we had an very long wait time at the airport, the driver left.
