  : Nice room, but there was a broken toilet paper holder
  : The owner was down right cruel. He should not be in the business of working with people. He yelled at me for asking 2 questions and threatened me, by telling me he was going to throw me out.I asked 2 questions in a kind manner. VERBAL abuse. The other staff were kind. I will NEVER go back. I'm a kind older woman that will not tolerate disrespect.

  : Ice in the lobby. The park across the street was lovely to walk around.

  : Comfort of bed, room temp, free parking & ice, towels & linens in great shape.
  : 1) Terrible shower experience: shower curtain flimsy and too short..left water all over the floor and blew onto our bodies making cleansing difficult, water pressure made shower painful, poor, cheap quality faucet and shower head.2) Seemed like everyone was smoking outside, left nowhere to walk without breathing smelly, acrid smoke. Dirty ashtrays on everyone's AC unit added to the problem, seemingly there as encouragement to smoke.3) Phone didn't work (could not hear the other person) -- reported the issue, but no action to repair/replace.4) No microwave.
