  : The breakfast was very good and clean!!

  : I did not eat breakfast because they stopped serving at 9:00 am. I was in the shower at that time, so I missed breakfast the whole time I was there. The beds were comfortable and I had a very restful sleep.
  : Our first night there, the air did not work in our room, so we slept fitfully. The maintenance man had to come two times to fix the air and the second time he came, he just swapped out the new a/c unit for an old one which worked perfectly.

  : It felt safe and beds were comfortable
  : The pool wasn’t functioning the first day of our visit and no discount was offered . On second day of stay my daughter had a rude encounter with front desk clerk . She explained to me when I called her what happened , but she still was not kind at all when handling the situation with my daughter regarding her having a sprite in a bottle by the pool for my niece who has to have a drink available during strenuous activities. There were others by the pool as well who had alcoholic beverages so I understand why she was needing to get all drinks away from the pool area . My daughter was being compliant with her but the clerk was very impatient. When a complaint was made with her , she was not professional at all. I also had problems with the tv , the same front desk clerk came to help with it , she realized what was wrong said she could not move the dresser to reset it due to a recent back injury and suggested I try to do it , I said I do not want a back injury myself so she sent up the maintenance man who was very kind . Also the room did not have the pillows ,sheets or blankets for the pull out couch already in the room . We were tired and had to go without those items the first night on second night we were advised to come get them ourselves . This wasn’t a terrible experience overall but the situation could have been handled more professionally, my daughter is 18 and knows how to treat people with respect but expects the same in return .

  : The facility was great. Very clean & comfy. Room was large, well designed and bed slept great! Pretty decent breakfast too
  : My only complaint, and its been the same the past three times I've stayed is that the internet is not great in the rooms on the 2nd floor. I mean I have had to turn my wifi off on my phone to surf or scroll online.
