  : Recently renovated, not completely finished or is not a great job. Room had very bad drywall repair with wrong color blotches of paint.
  : Smelled like cigarettes and cleaning solution. No shampoo in bathroom. Room 90 degrees, took until after midnight for it to get comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but no half and half. Just a big hug of non dairy powdered creamer. Kids felt room was dirty. Expected better for a Baymont... the others I've been to have been much better.

  : The rooms were very nice and clean. Plenty of pillows and linen.
  : Have an elevator for people who have a hard time with stirs. Make a smoking area away from the entry doors. Have the amenities listed actually available like the pool. Which was closed.

  : -The location was convenient to the ball fields the softball tournament we were in Oklahoma for was located. -Beds were okay… nothing special but not the worst I’ve ever slept on.
  : We stayed here from May 30- June 3. There was a softball tournament taking place nearby, so our entire team booked this hotel. The price was reasonable compared to surrounding hotels. We figured because Baymont was owned by Wyndham the hotel would be at least decent. Here are a few details from our stay:-The 2nd day my kids and I ate breakfast at the hotel around 9:00. Breakfast was set to end at 10am. The selection was limited when we arrived. There was no one was around that we could ask for them to restock breakfast items. The scrambled eggs had a green tint to them. The orange juice was nearly brown! We did not eat the eggs and ended up dumping the juice. There was no milk for cereal. The container was empty. The “potatoes” were soggy french fries. My 6 year old opted for an orange, bagel, and dumped her orange juice after one drink. An hour later she ended up stuck in the room with food poisoning. We ended up purchasing milk, bowls, spoons, and cereal from Dollar General to eat for breakfast the remainder of the trip.-The front desk workers were impossible to find! There were 2 guys that switched off working the entire stay. The younger of the two guys was talking on his phone and walking around every time we saw him.-The pillows were itty bitty! They reminded us of decorative throw pillows for the couch with pillow cases thrown on them.-On my reservation I put that I would have 1 adult and 4 kids staying in our room. When we arrive we had 2 towels in our room. We were able to follow the worker to the laundry room to get a few more. He told us to throw the dirty towels outside our room on the floor and room service would pick them up and give us clean towels. They did not provide pool towels, so we used our bath towels. We tossed them outside in the floor as directed. At some point they were picked up, but not replaced. By day 2 they were completely out of clean towels!

  : I like that I got a full refund when we decided to leave shortly after viewing our room
  : Tack board sticking up where the shredded carpet met the extremely slippery tile; front staff was basically a kid who could not speak coherent English; I wrote a message to the hotel 2-3 weeks prior to our arrival stating I had a dog and they never bothered to write back or communicate that they did not allow pets! The front staff stated the pool was closed, but did not know why or for how long.

  : Our room was on the first floor other than that, nothing.
  : Only one channel on the TV, remote did not work, no support bar in the tub or anti-skid mat for us old folks that have trouble walking.

  : Didn't like the stairs. And there was a roach crawling down the wall. And the air conditioner was turned off and it was hot in there. They could at least turn it on the day of stay.
