  : they didn’t give me a room, saying that I don’t have a confirmation number .they made me sleep in the car the over night .I came 13h driving

  : After I got my confirmation I tried to check in and they didn’t have any rooms left. It was late in the evening. While I was trying to find a room somewhere else I saw the staff check someone else in after me. Apparently they got a room for that person. Not good. Flew in from out of state and you guys left me with out a room that night!
