  : Loved the view. Plenty of room and very clean. Loved that we were able to grill with the provided grill. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was great. Loved the theater room.
  : The Parking was really tight for 3 vehicles. Very cold upstairs bedroom at night. Need new remote for television.

  : the cabin is really nice and the view is beautiful!
  : its in the mountains for sure so the drive can be dangerous. the coffee pot does not work, the tvs are older and the large one downstairs is really old. we had to clean under tables and I cleaned the washer- had mold.

  : Overall everything was great except, every rocking chair outside front and back were covered in bird droppings, the windows were not cleaned in some time.

  : Leaking faucets, broken coffee pot, burnt out or missing bulbs, shaky railing-front and back, dusty and dirty floors, unusable blinds, dirty windows affecting the view from inside, pool table pocket webbing needing repair. This place needs serious TLC!

  : Faucets are still leaking, windows were filthy and saw a roach in the kitchen. The worse part is that we did not have any heat the first night. I contacted vacasa and they said no maintenance were on the premises and it would be tomorrow before they could come. It was 42 degrees outside and it was very cold in the house all night long. Very disappointing.

  : The place was not the cleanest. Half of the theater seats do not recline. The surround sound in the theater does not work. The dvd player in the theater does not work. There was no strainer in the kitchen. The amount of trash around the outside of the property was disgraceful.

  : BLACK MOLDY Washing machine used on site to wash bed sheets. Or the blankets just werent washed!!Black Mold in Shower along with hairs. Clearly not sanitized. All the blankets filled with several types of hair. Broken door on microwave that fell apart when opened and hit me in the face. Tried working with management to resolve and make whole, no response from management that even comes close to resolving the issues. Spider bit my daughter on her hand in her sleep, because of the countless spiders and webbing behind all beds in the house. Could not use the hot tub because of it being filthy-smelt like rotten eggs. Several other things you have in file. We were refunded the cleaning fee and the hot tub fee. But at this point we have stayed in the phone for over several hours and have requested to talk directly to the property manager that clearly does not respect us nor our business! We would like further compensation for the time spent dealing with this poor service on our vacation!
