Disappointing

  : The cabin was beautiful and spacious, close by to many attractions
  : The view from our balcony was nothing like what was shown on the website, all we could see was cabins behind us, no mountain views as we had expected. The heat in the cabin wasn’t working, it got down to 53 degrees inside the first night. Maintenance was unable to fix it and a heating company was called and said it was working fine. We had the thermoset on 80 and it never got above 62 degrees during the day. It was blowing cool air the whole time. We were given 2 small space heaters, neither worked well. The cabin was advertised to have fireplaces but all 3 were just for decoration...not gas or wood burning. It was electric and when turned on it was just red/orange lights that made the appearance of a flame. The large bath tubs in both rooms looked amazing but it was too cold inside to be able to enjoy it.
