: The drive way needs gravel filled in as you pull in & out, you have to be very careful.

: The view was amazing, beds downstairs are full not queens. Fold out couches were not very comfortable. King bed was amazing.
: Toilets looked like they hadn't been scrubbed in awhile. Super rusty water will turn your light colored clothes orange. Upon getting to our cabin the water was not working, called the after hours emergency line, and was told no running water wasn't an emergency and someone would be there sometime tomorrow, 10 people in a house with no running water! Unacceptable! If you stay here I would suggest getting there before 5, they may or may not come help you if an issue arises.

: Ok this house wen arrived dont have water service the y let us without water and i was desperate the next day (i have 4 kids) they said the next day they are going to fix it it was 12 pm and noone arrived so i was frustrated and they dont want to do anything we ask for a house change and they dont care they send my family to another place (it was beautiful) but 30 minutes away from the first place we accept because we need WATER service. All our vacations plans was screw because of this. We were in a remote area no food near and no entertainment for my kids.
: They have to change their personal because they are supposed to check property before the customer arrived they cant do something simple as check the property. And change their police that estipulare no refund this is unacceptable and i want my money back for the 2 days at least or a gift card for another property.

: Location was good. Nice views but no privacy. Next door chalet very close with balconies and hot tubs 100 feet apart in plain view.
: Hot tub was filthy. Didnt get in it although one of main reasons we rented it. Grass wasnt cut. Weeds at edge of property so tall they partially blocked view. Balconies and hot tub facing the chalet next to us, apps 100 feet. No privacy at all. Couch downstairs should have been replaced 5 years ago. Couldnt sit on it.
