: The location was great. Lots of space for our family of 5. Super awesome that they had fun toys to entertain the kids.
: The toilet by the garage kept acting up on us. It was just easier to not use that one. which was fine because there were 2 other ones to use!

: Location to tournament location was great. Roomy home.Fun to be on the river.Very nice to have a garage which made it easier for 2 disabled people to not be in the rain when trying to get in home/vehicle and load/unload walker. And a shorter distance to walk to home/vehicle.Lots of room to work in the kitchen and plenty of storage. Very well equipped.Quiet neighborhood. Noise from Hwy 101 not too bad.Helpful to have a washer/dryer to be able to wash uniform for tournament each day but was not used due to black mold. Was nice to have a fold out bag holder in each room since no dresser for clothes.
: Would be really nice to have more than 1 key in lock box.Would also be nice if a person wants to park in the garage that there is a garage door opener. We rented this property specifically because it had washer/dryer but the washer was not clean enough to use. Black mold.It states toiletries offered but doesn't include boxes of tissues There were hooks to hang towels but no towel racks for wet wash clothes. 1st bedroom bed is very noisy/squeaky.Master bedroom bed very soft.Small dresser in each room for unpacking clothes would be nice.Thought it would be nice to have a fireplace as shown in pictures but locked and unusable.States in listing, property has balcony with sea view. That is false. It has a deck with river view if the bushes were cut downNone of the instructions in book for working the tv are for the remote in this house.Pictures posted are for washer, fireplace and toaster oven not as labeled.

: Nice clean house with lots of space. Loved the deck. Location was great, too. Fabulous to have a garage. We were all comfortable.
: We left a maintenance list on the counter. No WiFi the first day/night due to no power to the outlet. The maintenance man set it up with an extension cord which was ok, but only one outlet for router, TV, etc. Hope outlet gets fixed. Washer has a malfunction adgitator, and dryer is crappy. No icemaker, therefore no filtered water. Hard to regulate tub faucet in the hall bath.

: location was about 6 blocks to beach. I was thinking from description that it was a little closer.
: The table had lots of space but I prefer shorter table and chairs. The deck is in need of repair. toilets too low
