  : Sorry had trouble with the drains training in the bathroom and also the kitchen showers had water standing in them and it seems like the draining was a problem. Also have a problem with trying to get the shower to adjust temperatures

  : Edgewood Getaway is in a great location at a dead end, with a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, a market, and great coffee & restaurants. And, Seaside proper is only a 10 minute walk up the promenade. The hot tub and fire pit were incredible after a full day playing on the beach. .
  : The only downside is the amount of spiderwebs on the front porch and garage

  : The location was great. We did like how spacious the home/duplex was. And that we could use the garage. We didn't find the check in instructions helpful, since Booking didn't supply the level, i.e. the code to the key box, etc. needed to get in/check in. You had to link to VACASA, which was not clear to me, and then log in, into VACASA, and then get the info to check in. And the people responding to emails, didn't. I emailed the day I booked, asked about taking our dog. They replied the day of check in that we could and due to being late in their reply no fee. Our dog had passed away unexpectedly two weeks before we checked in/went to Seaside. And when we couldn't figure out how to get inside, we were waiting for a property manager to arrive, they took an hour and half to reply. If I weren't so stubborn we would have been back in Portland by then, my husband just wanted to leave and dispute the charges. The front yard was full of weeds, as were the gutters. And the windows on the outside were beyond dusty.

  : Overall, the house was nice and clean.
  : The price was a bit much for the overall stay, and I wasn't aware that it was a condo. The neighbors were extremely noisy the entire time.

  : There show in master bedroom didn't stay closed, the microwave was gross and dirt, the hot tub cover was in poor condition, the door code was too long and a bit of a pain, the house furniture and pillows had a lot of dog hair which caused my son the get a skin irritation and was a bit gross, could have better living room furniture to be more comfortable.

  : The space was nice, the kitchen large, and the location wonderful.
  : The only access to the back yard and jacuzzi area was through the master bedroom.

  : It was very clean. Loved the kitchen. The hot tub was awesome!
  : The beds were awful. Heavy mattresses, very old and uncomfortable in 2 of the rooms. The yard was not maintained, weeds were overtaking, no lawn at all.
