  : Pet friendly which was VERY CLEAN. Location, close to stores and resteraunts. A few blocks away from the ocean. My family and I would stay here again.

  : Neighborhood. This house was the only dump in this otherwise very nice neighborhood.
  : This place is so filthy and broken down. When you arrive it's like a bad dream compared to what pictures and description build you up to expect. Yard is overgrown weeds and cobwebs all over front entrance. Inside is broken down old furniture and old dirty smell with grossly stained carpets throughout, cobwebs hanging from ceiling, so much more. I have taken pictures and documented everything and will be sharing for sure. Compared to other properties in neighborhood this looks like an old forgotten abandoned home. Back yard was disgusting with overgrown weeds. Hot tub smelled rank and had no chlorine tab in the floater/skimmer. All of the heater and fan vents were caked with grime and dust, as well as window seals. Furniture covered with stains. The hall towel closet had not only not been replenished there were dirty towels from previous guests in there. We had to clean entire place before we would even bring our stuff in. Where are the covid-19 safety measures supposedly in place? We are so shocked because we rented a house in this same neighborhood of Seaside last year and it was beautiful and immaculate for less money. I turned oven on and kitchen filled with smoke and rotten meat smell before I realized someone had cooked meat on a sheet pan and it was still in oven unwashed. So gross. I do not know if I will ever trust booking.com or vacasa again.
