  : Great location a little out of the main town so it feels quiet and private. Theres also private access to the water so you dont have to leave the property to go for a swim.
  : Our room was a bit dated, but all very functional and comfortable.

  : The hotel is such good value for money, the beach is stunning, staff is lovely, the room was super clean and comfy.
  : We had the shower head basically above the toilet. Since everything was super clean, that wasnt a big issue though. The location is great in terms of the beach, the walk to town though can be a bit daunting when Its warm and humid.

  : Very good location at a quiet local beach with friendly staff
  : Service stops after checkout, we wanted to stay at the beach for a little bit after checkout but we were asked to pay.Bed is hard and only very bright lights available in the room

  : We had a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea from our balcony. The breakfast area was very pleasant and shaded and there were plenty of sun loungers for guests to use. Access to the sea was from a sturdy swim ladder. Breakfast was excellent and tasty with some vegetables, fruit, an omelette one day and crepes another and very good coffee.
  : The road leading to the property is rough with potholes and strewn with garbage. Right around the property it is nice with lovely plants beside some rather steep stairs leading to the restaurant area and the sun loungers.

  : The property is hard to locate from the street as it is quite hidden, the access to the rooms is atypical as you do not have your regular reception area. However, it has the most stunning views and is extremely familiar and cozy. The breakfast is simple, but different throughout the days so you don't always get the same thing. Rooms are extremely spacious and the private beach is amazing. Only a 5 minute car drive to the center of Sarande where there are many restaurants and food options.
  : Unable to pay by card, you will need to take cash. Not exactly walkable. It is slightly underexplored, has amazing potential.
