  : For 3 people one bed We asked 3 bed ,but offered us sofa that didnt open and was very small and uncomfortable Also we were with child and next to us was so load disco till morning We couldnt sleep No breakfast at hotel Very far from centre We asked 1 day to cancel -they refused Close to cemetery No shop or restaurant Bad place for families with children

  : Excellent location . The room has a Balcony with great sea view. It's also in a quite area but within 9min drive from the centre.

  : Rooms were spacious and clean, good balcony with lovely view. Lovely quiet beach area, very pretty, good sunbathing terrace. Bar for drinks and food. Staff very helpful and polite.
  : Location to other amenities- not close to shops or many places to eat. Although the beach area to the hotel is lovely the surrounding area and walk into town is scruffy and in places dirty with litter - but this isnt a complaint about the hotel, just an observation of the area. A kettle in the room would be nice as mugs are provided but nothing to make a drink with. Also lots of steps which would be better with hand rails.

  : The view was incredible, the bathroom, bedroom and ammenities were good, the private beach is lovely- we only regret not spending more time in the beach! We got carried away with the hype we'd heard of Ksamil and it (Ksamil) was incredibly dissapointing. If you come, this beach is better than the ones in Ksamil- they are all rammed and not relaxing at all. So - amazing views and amazing beach- worth the price because of this.
  : The service was a bit weird. There's no reception at all, so we felt a bit lost trying to look for someone to help us "check in". When we met the girl who was in the bar and introduced herself as the host, she just showed us to the room without even asking our names. I'm guessing we were the only ones checking in that day but I would have thought asking who we were before showing us the room was important- she did check our ID's after we'd gone into the room. It's worth noting the host was very kind and friendly and when we asked for something, we always got it straight away. There was no room cleaning service in the nights we were there but we saw the cleaner a couple of times and she seemed lovely. It seems they only clean between guests and not while you are there. The bathroom only had shampoo/conditioner- no body soap or body wash so we used the shampoo for our bodies too! We also only had a started toilet roll when we arrived and because they don't clean between nights we had to ask our host for another one. One of our towels was dirty on arrival but we asked for another one and they gave it straight away.

  : The rooms are very clean, the location is great and the private beach they made, was awesome. Too bad the sea was too busy otherwise, I could have jumped into the water that looked super inviting. The views are amazing! I booked the room for that view.
  : There was no blanket, only a thin one, which made our night not so comfortable. It was cold because of the AC and then too warm without the AC.

  : Lovely villa with a fantastic view! Crystal clear water.
  : Sometimes they played loud annoying music from breakfast time, which was so unnecessary since the view and the private beach was so relaxing and beautiful on its own!

  : Its a perfect place to lie on a sunbed and swim in the sea. The staff were lovely and the restaurant was decent. It was about a 20 minute walk to a big supermarket and there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to eat somewhere else.
  : The balcony was lovely but it would be great if there had been an umbrella for shade as it was so hot!
