  : As a beautiful Saranda, having good location and a good building they can be better in many topics for example rooms, breakfast, housekeeping service ... but for the owner lady's sake I don't give low score.

  : location was great, room was quite big (but with old furniture without wardrobe)
  : check in was late, room was not ready...nobody actually check us nor explain us house rules (time for breakfast, cleaning policy...)...breakfast duration only 1 hour, and there is no coffee or tee included in breakfast...there are only one english speaker, and generally speaking they are much more polite to the Italian people than to another...there is parking, but only one place is normal, other is terrible (big stones, huge incline/decline, a lot of wrong parked cars)...they were quite surprised when we asked for the bill, and we receive some paper written with hand...
