  : The pool was nice
  : We were given a cery small room right by reception with a view of the outside entrance which was awful for how much the room cost. staff were very young and when the hot water kept going out they were not very convincing of fixing the problem so we had to take cold showers. Nothing was done to compensate for such poor working water and then there was noone at reception for the rest of the day.

  : The breakfast was good enough. Coffee was very good. The location was OK, even if is a little bit far from downtown. The pool was clean and was very pleasant spend quality time there.
  : I would like that the hotel has a restaurant at the same location. It's little bit difficult to climb, by foot, the street to the hotel.

  : Location is not in the crowded center of Sarande which made our stay more enjoyable. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very cute pool. Wonderful breakfast with various options. Guests are relaxed and chill and the atmosphere is great.
  : Everything was great. I dont like walk in showers with only half protection glass because there is water all over the bathroom floor after you finish the shower, but its really nothing compared to the wonderful stay we had!

  : The employees are very nice and helpful (even of some of them don't speak English they use Google translate to help you) but the manager speaks very well and helped to book our trip to Girokaster by bus. The breakfast was very good with choices. Rooms are quite and comfy.
  : The hotel is a little bit out of the center but you avoid bad restaurant (you have good restaurants around). You can walk a little bit or take bus..

  : New building with a great pool area and good breakfast selection with freshly made coffee!
  : None of the staff spoke English which made even asking basic questions very hard. No information on check in and we found ourselves having to ask for even basic stuff. Bathroom was wet room due to no shower lip and we found the bath mat getting soaked every time. Outside shower had mould on the floor which wasn't great on bare feet

  : The location is very good, just between Saranda to Ksamil. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The staff was very kind. The room was very clean and comfy with nice view to the pool.
  : The hotel is in great location but at the same time on a high hill, it was hard for our car to park and even to go out by foot, but it wasnt so bad. The elevator wasnt working, which made it pretty hard with our luggage since we were on the third floor. The shower is way to small and it wasnt so much comfortable to take a shower. The payment is with cash only and we didnt knew, but the managers accepted our credit card eventually.
