  : The location is great, with a private beach, lovely views, parking and walking distance to the center of Sarande.
  : The price is insane! 429 euro for 3 nights for a couple....Especially because in mid-august I stayed 3 days at another beachfront hotel down the road which was much nicer, there was 3 of us and we paid LESS THAN HALF! (195 euro). The breakfast is laid out early in the morning and isn't kept fresh so there's flies buzzing around and I'm pretty sure this was what gave me a bad stomach. No one offered me a coffee and there seemed to be only a kettle for instant coffee. The rooms are not modern like the pictures, maybe this is my fault because if you scroll right down to the bottom of the pictures you can see the reality of the rooms. It wasn't clean. The bathroom was tiny and old fashioned. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. There was an array of insects in our room, including a cricket and a scorpion! They only cleaned our room once and there were pubic hairs on the bed. Bed was so uncomfortable.

  : The location to the beach was good but the quality of their beachfront was very poor, very poorly designed, decorated and very poorly maintained! The size of the room was ok. The cleanliness of the sheets was good but the floor had a sticky stain when I arrived and it was there even the next day after the room was supposedly cleaned. The breakfast was just ok! Coffee was terrible! The staff was made up of an entire family who worked there and a 15 year old kid related to the family. He kept cursing in Albanian, vaped in between and had zero customer service skills! He put ice in my cup with his bare hands which he didnt bother to wash before doing so! He was playing outside with a younger child who was part of the family before he helped me with the ice; I was totally disgusted by it. If he did this right in front of me with his dirty hands I wondered the quality of cleanliness behind the scenes! The hotel was very poorly decorated, and the landscape outside was very poor and lacked maintenance! There were cigarettes everywhere! There was no air conditioning in the breakfast area! There was no phone in the room to contact the receptionist! There was no receptionist in the reception area! You had to look for the 15year old kid to convey any needs! The lady, Lana was the only person there that seemed to have customer service skills but they needed at least 3 more of her in order to run a successful hotel! I hope my feedback helps improve the quality of service at the hotel so you can have a successful business where people would want to return! I, personally would NOT RETURN because I dont think the quality of service that I received and what I paid is justifiable! I can get way better service for the same price in other parts of the world!
  : Customer service, and the quality of service was a big disappointment! They lacked customer service skills and quality of service! You cant run a business without actual staff who know what they are doing, and are there to satisfy the customers needs! Breakfast was just ok, nothing spectacular but apparently that was the standard in other hotels in Saranda! Breakfast area/ reception/ bar/ coffee station/ bathroom area had no air conditioning and it was uncomfortable being there on a hot day! There was garbage around the parking lot area, the flower beds and the beach area. They need to maintain the property and clean the outdoor areas! The town was smelly and dirty, filled with garbage everywhere! You would see a beautiful place and right next to it a pile of garbage or the ruins of some recently destroyed building! Saranda was a huge disappointment based on cleanliness, infrastructure, and quality of service! I would not return there anytime soon, if ever!

  : This was very cozy and nice hotel. Staff is pleasant ant helpful. But the biggest thing is sea. First we had room with sea view, and let me tell you - feels like living on see. Also, we could see Sarande, Ksamil and even Corfu from there. And amazing sunsets. View was simply - fantastic. And private beach is quite small, but enough to be not overcrowded. You can always find place in it, and on some days I felt like it was our private beach. Quite convenient way to enter the sea (if you have swimming boots). Rooms was clean. Every day they were cleaning and changing towels (bit overkill probably).
  : Because it is family hotel, it looks like they are understaffed and sometimes it is hard to find staff if you need help. Location - it looks good on map, but hotel connected to main street via super steep way. It is hard even to get down on foot. To get up - the problem not only for pedestrians, but for some weaker cars. If you have some moving disabilities -just forget it. No beach bar. And if to add steep way to anything - it becomes very inconvenient.

  : We had an amazing view over the ocean and could watch the sunsets. We liked the direct ocean connection.The room was really pretty, modern and clean.The staff was super nice and friendly. The older gentleman working at the reception will try everything to help you. His english is not the best but he will call somebody to translate.We had a little confusion regarding the payment because we wanted to pay with card but he asked for cash. Card payment is possible but it turned out that he doesn't know how the machine works. The next day a younger man came and the card payment worked.Solid breakfast, they have everything you need.Good location, city center is walkable.
  : The shower was nice but unfortunately the drain doesn't work properly. And the floor to the bathroom is even so basically everytime the whole room was flooded.The eggs and the sausages for the breakfast weren't kept warm.The beach could be renovated and cleaned. The wooden deck was good but the stone side had some trash and smelled a bit.We knew about the steep way to the hotel, for us it was no problem.
