  : Posh stay. Hands down!This property has everything. A view of the center, equipped rooms, bathrooms and kitchen.The look and feel of it is amazing!The location of the apartment is at the heart of the town so it was easy for us to explore La Concha and Gros neighbourhoods of Donostia-San Sebastian.
  : The check-in process was not that smooth using the app. It was working on iPhone but not on Android.If your group has an iPhone, please use the app on iOS to check-in everyone.

  : The access app didnt work for us, making for a stressful start to the stay. Host was initially reluctant to acknowledge the problem, which made a difficult situation worse. Its a nice place but this made me wish Id booked elsewhere and wary of using this app again.

  : The apartment is very good located, has its style, good decorated and has all the household appliances, including washing and drying machines. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.
  : It seems that the flat is not good maintained, and service team is not really caring. Hand shower heads in both showers are broken, it is almost impossible to use them. Someone else's eyebrow tweezers were found in the bathroom. There was not even a small bottle of water in the apartment. We asked for a baby cot, but it was not provided. The most important thing is that the flat does not have air conditioning, it was extremely hot inside, as the window blinds are blocked opened and the sun is shining directly to the rooms. The apartment is positioned like luxurious, but it is really not so. In a luxurious apartment everything should be in working order , the service team has to care about the guests and make sure that everything is perfect.

  : Noise level too high to sleep. Street work and activities till midnight and early morning. Even closing windows did not help.
