: The location is really nice in San Sebastian and a parking space is really close by.
: I personally don't like getting an extra app for one apartment which is needed here (while I still enjoy the flexibility of self check in) but I really prefer key boxes or codes to apps. The bathrooms gets smelly quite quickly and it is kind of weird that it is not possible to close its doors especially when one of them is leading to the bedroom of friends.

: location was excellent, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped although a microwave would have been more useful than an oven
: access to the property was difficult as we had to download an app and the instructions werent clear. the app displayed no information about the property and it wasnt clear how to open the doors. we also had great difficulty with parking as we had a roof box on the car so couldnt go into any of the underground car parks. there was hardly any shampoo in the dispenser in the shower and the hand soap had obviously been watered down.

: the apartment is beautiful and the kitchen has everything you need. very comfortable bedding and many tvs
: the check in process requires an app which we had to scramble to download last minute, and while I was having issues trying to text the property they suggested CANCELLING (as we are outside with our luggage) which was extremely unprofessional. the doors only worked with the app about half the time and the wifi was weak. bathroom is oddly laid out and not good for family privacy.

: Super location really near the beach and old town.
: There was no air-con and it was very hot and we were only there in September. In addition because there was no ventilation the bathroom walls grew black mould all over them over the 2 days we were there which we were breathing in. Not great and they need to do something about it.
