  : It was a good location for the outlet mall and small-town shopping.
  : This property is currently undergoing serious renovations. When we walked in, the lobby was bare and smelled a little like SeaWorld. pretty musty. We asked to move rooms because our first room had no lamps and the over head light didn’t work. It also had no TV remote. The staff was polite, but not apologetic. Our second room had a door that we had to work at to close. There was no lock or latch, aside from the key card entry. There was half of a roach carcass in the bathroom corner and one of the towels had reddish stains on it. There was hot water and the shower worked fine, though. The conditioner bottle had been used and not replaced because the seal had been torn. We probably would have stayed somewhere else when we first walked in, but we had a non-refundable reservation. Don’t stay here until the renovations are complete!

  : The juice machine was out of order all 3 days we were there, little to no food
  : Our AC went out first night staff continued to tell us someone would look at it NO ONE EVER took care of and they couldn't change rooms as they were over booked .emailed GM AND NO RESPONSE never had our room cleaned never brought is towels HORRIBLE PLACE

  : short staff, dirty stained mattress and mattress cover, fitting sheets were inside out and ripped, looked old, bad smell. only two bath towels were in the rest room no bath towels. no shampoo or any other supplies. luckily we found a cart in the hall way that had clean sheets and towels.
