  : Very close to scuba location, which was the reason for my trip. Large room with comfortable beds. Good value compared to others in the area. Good restaurants and cafes nearby.
  : Wifi kept dropping out. No hot water from shower. No check in till after 4pm which is later than most hotels.

  : The front staff were amazing! Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating! I loved how close the beach is. Just a short 8-10 mins walk. The hotel supplies you with beach towels and a beach chair. Location is pretty fair. About an 8 mins drive from Old San Juan and a 35 mins walk. Also, about a 15 mins drive to the airport! Comfy bed and super spacious room.
  : The room had a bunch of carpet stains, stains on the furniture, and hair in the shower. Also the windowsill had water damage. I just wish the rooms were cleaned more thoroughly.

  : This place is a nightmare. There is NO staff and if a guest happens to have some sort of problem with their room (which happened to all the guest we met during our stay) the management wont even reply to your request of help. We had major issues with our room, the main ones being the lack of hot water in the restroom and not being able to charge our phones, laptops or even using the light because the outlets did not work. The kitchenette that was advertise was non-existent (just a microwave but no cups, mugs or the kitchenware they advertised). It all felt like a big scam. Check in happens at a parking lot nearby where a random guy gives you one key, no wifi password or instructions as they are not part of the business, they are making them a favor. We sent several messages to Booking (which ignored us) and the manager (who ignored us) and left with this nightmare of a room for 5 nights. All the guests were frustrated with the situation and even the poor housekeepers were exhausted because all guests would request help from them, being the only persons you might meet. We have not seen or heard from the management once despite having sent requests of help every single day but they did have time to come and set up their Christmas tree sometime overnight. For this kind of service and the money you spend (800$ for 5 nights) you are better off at an airbnb where hosts normally have the decency and respect to take guests issues into account. Booking was also just horrible in handling the situation.

  : Did not know upfront that this is a virtual hotel. There is no staff. After they take your money, then they tell you your door codes and thats it youre on your own. The. rooms are small stained carpet dirty toilet seats stained old furniture in room
