  : Two beds and free parking with proximity to Old San Juan were my top priorities. We had all those things in a reasonably clean place. It was great for a guys getaway, but my wife and daughter would not have appreciated this choice.
  : There are no windows to close, just louvers. This meant it was impossible to block outside noise or the humidity. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom that kept things reasonably comfortable, though not great. Our neighbors stayed up late talking and someone keeps practicing some kind of flute late into the night then early again in the morning. Then light construction begins around 7 am.

  : -Security! Got broke in to my car no action was taken by the contact, but a only sorry! Despite a security camara placed at the rooftop, never heard from it again. -very strong smell of cigarettes! -dusty floors especially under the bed.-collection of cigarettes buds and rolled weed cigars by the door.-no a place to hang hangers.-bed is a full-despite we booked for a week only 2 towels were in the room “really”. Had to buy few ! -really cheap toilet paper, worst brand ever.-too expensive for what is worth is more like a $35 to $50 a night apartment.

  : The parking was really bad! Random people came knocking on your door to move your car! We had WiFi access but it wasn’t accessible. I was charged more then the price I agreed on when I booked through booking.com

  : We really liked that we had a fridge and our own bathroom. The room was big enough for two people and stayed cool throughout the night. We also loved the location of the apartment as it was walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops.
  : The price was incredibly expensive for San Juan and for what you get. I would expect that for paying over $200, it would be a very fancy experience but that was not the case. Everything worked fine, but it was not worth the price.

  : I liked the security with the gate being locked from the inside. Location was very close to Old San Juan and a few other places we visited in San Juan.
  : We didn’t have water for 24 hours. This was island-wide, so I understand this was no fault of the property. My only recommendation would be for the hosts to keep extra gallons of water on site from a grocery store. It is tough to bare 100 degree heat and not be able to shower or flush the toilet.

  : The price is good and the location is reasonable for getting to places around the area like Condado and San Juan and the airport. It is a full apartment with a living room and a separate bedroom so you will actually be able to live normally which is amazing.
  : Checking in and out is not straightforward. There is a gate lock which you need to figure out, then there is a door lock which you need to figure out. Both of these keys are in a lockbox and if its dark and all its not so easy - basically there is no reception or anything so you are on your own to call the property, which is a bit of a hassle compared to other places (though this place is cheaper so it makes sense, you get what you pay for and I am happy with that). The biggest problem I had is on the way out - the gate lockbox is shared with other tenants, and someone, probably drunk or something didn't return the keys to the lockbox. This meant I had to do some acrobatics to jump over the gate, which is doable but definitely not pleasant.
