  : Location was fantastic, balcony had a beautiful view of the bridge and water.
  : Owner confirmed check-in time to be earlier than 4pm and then when we get there they tell us that they have a strict check-in time at 4pm and check-out at 11am. That would have been fine if this was communicated or if booking.com did not list 12-12. So be aware. The owner did not provide us any information. We had to contact them multiple times in order to get access. Also, even though the amenities list hot tub for our room, we did not have a hot tub.

  : The balcony view was the star of the show!!
  : Not aware this was a timeshare until arrival, front desk can not do much, they tell you to contact the owner via mobile by call or text.We had a major issue with the AC unit, it leaked badly down the wall and created a puddle across the entire balcony entrance way. We used majority of the towels provided just for that. The wait time to get that issue fixed was the next day, that is unacceptable. A fire could have started since there was outlets near. (we unplugged everything) not something we should have to do, I mean this was vacation after all.The cleaning was OK, the bathroom could've been cleaned better (mainly the toilet area) the handles were stained as if they spray product and just leave it. We kept our shoes on the entire time, even had shower shoes.We stopped at a CVS and purchased our own Lysol spray and Clorox wipes which we left for the next group...hopefully.

  : This was absolutely one of the most horrendous vacation stays of my entire life. To top it off, it was my honeymoon trip. Thanks for absolutely nothing Booking.com, the host of villa 405 at Condado Lagoon Villa Apartments, and most of all for canceling our first trip we reserved in March of this year for our honeymoon. The room was decent. A lot of stuff banged up in there, broken and repaired, host was absolutely the most unaccommodating, rude, least flexible host who refused to budge on check in or check out time. For $300 a night, I'd rather stay with Hilton and earn my points with a company who cares! (Note: there are 3 different Hilton properties right in the area. With better pools. An actual bar. And much more accommodating features. :)

  : Bathroom shower door wouldn’t stay closed other than that it was good. I would recommend.
