  : We informed about a leaking sink and was never fixed The beds were so big that there was barely any space to move around the room The plates and glasses at breakfast were often dirty (specially the glasses to take fresh juice)

  : The size of pool, but mostly there was no squabbling over sun loungers, unlike other hotels with towels on them very early morning.
  : Breakfast was the worst I have had in a hotel. Selection was very poor and amount of items on display was not acceptable, that was the reason we did not eat dinner in the hotel. I paid for breakfast for the week but only turned up for three mornings. Also rooms were not fully clean, mattress had stains and crumbs along the edging, under the bed was some items left from previous guest. The lifts were very dated and most certainly not clean .Although the lifts were certified and tested the carriages at some point soon should be updated as the cables and mechanisms were twanging and stressed. The pool was filthy in between the grout both above and below. The edging of the pool was filthy especially near the water slides were there is broken tiles and a build up of algae around the loungers. Rubbish bins were filthy and cigarette's stubs all over edges Having Photos taken from my experience I would preferer not to upload them as I am sure this will put people of visiting were all of the above can Easley be rectified. This comes down to poor managements and not the staff. Hats off the the entertainments staff who keep residents involved. Having to to get ice pops in the main bar inside was crazy rather than simply getting them from the pool bar. Although visually was not up to standards, we felt safe leaving personal items near pool whilst getting some refreshments and above all was relaxing.
