  : Location was great, very clean.
  : Not advisable with children out of season. A lot of group bookings came and went all week and the noise all night was on another level. Even after speaking to reception this didnt change.

  : Really good value ,Good choice of breakfast .Fantastic amenities. Apartments were spotless .80 deposit was refunded as soon as you check out once the room had been inspected .Staff really friendly and helpful .

  : The hotel is well located,easy walk to all areas.It was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.The room was bright and clean .The bar food was well priced and good quality.
  : The noise level at night was disruptive, and we could hear the room above us moving furniture around all the time.Orherwise it was a pleasant stay.

  : Reception staff never gave us any details of what the apartment offered or how to switch air con on tried ourselves an staff came straight away it turned out it was broken she said she had reported it to engineer who never arrived and we received no feedback

  : Too many students staying in the apartments it was like school outings they were well behaved but allover the hallways on our first night staying.

  : Great location for the old town and within easy walking distance to the beach and the rest of the strip. Having stayed in many hotels in salou I honestly think the Cye Hotel offers more than most. Great for families with ample space and privacy. The kitchen area has a microwave toaster, two hob cooker, fridge with freezer. Food at the pool was very good and reasonably priced. Always good to see a lifeguard on duty. Required a late checkout and this was sorted at the front desk....
  : Nothing I didn't like. But if comparing to other hotels I have stayed in ,the food selection was a little bit limited.

  : Location, kindness of staff and especially Pedro at the Kids club.
  : The level of noise from the rooms on our floor and the one below. A few groups were there and sound insulation was really poor so could hear everything and my niece could not sleep and we had to either call or go to reception to make them stop and up to four times the same night up to after midnight. Friday evening in particular. That was really unpleasant.
