: The reception had inconvenient opening times. They took a Lunch break from 1pm - 4pm and were strict on checking in between 5pm and 8pm to avoid a fee

: Really close to the beach. Decently refurbished apartment with a coffee machine, fridge, microwave and hob. Small selection of plates, glasses and mugs. The place was clean, but not spotless. Great air conditioning and a decent enough balcony for an evening beer.
: They ask for a sizeable security deposit (well over 200 euro and we're a family with toddler). This wasn't clear when we booked. They request you to clean the apartment before leaving, do the dishes, take out trash...this is not some super cheap place, come on guys. We always keep clean rooms everywhere we stay, but it's your job to take out your trash for goodness sake. This isn't a rental. It's a holiday apartment.We saw cockroaches in the bathroom a couple of times (you get that in warm places, but still) and there were plenty of cracked and broken places for them to hide in. Evidence of cockroaches around edges of the bathroom and outer door. Finally the sofa beds should come with a health warning. We're both broken after three nights on the worn, thin mattresses. It's not a 4 person apartment if 2 of the beds are dreadful. Sofa beds aren't luxury but you can buy ones where you don't feel metal bars all over your body.
