Very Poor

: They let us know with one day notice that there would be some scaffolding. This was very much underselling the amount of scaffolding. We could hardly use the balcony, the views were impacted severly and some of the windows were completly covered by scaffolding. Also, the landlord did not get back to us when we contacted them on the day of arrival and still has not, more than a week after we left (although we chased plenty of times).
