  : Stunning views
: Location is on steep hill with steep drive and four flights of stairs to reach. property is furnished ( tired) but the balcony and view is spectacular. Decided not to take our elderly dog ...he wouldn't have made it. Do not consider it pet friendly.

Very Good

: The property is a large and spacious apartment with amazing views over north sands to bolt head direction in Salcombe. We loved the long verandah and all the ranch sliders letting in the vista. The location is excellent for walking to the beach and walking into town (about 20 mins to town).
: The apartment is quite dated on the interior and could do with an overhaul particularly the furniture and curtains. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment which should be mentioned.
