  : - good position, 15 min by walk to the metro station then 1 stop to the center.- new furniture, nice and clean room.- nice neighborhood with many bars/restaurants and a very close shop open until midnight.- quiet, no hard sounds from neighbors or from the street.
  : - our room was the only one among their rooms which didn't have mosquito net at the window. we called the owners the first day in order to put it and it needed 3/4 days to have it. It was very hot in those days so it was impossible to sleep with the window closed, since there is no air conditioning system, so it has been uncomfortable.- it was difficult to get in contact with the owners (during working hours) because sometimes they answer at the phone and sometimes they don't. Especially when we arrived, that was evening (as agreed), it was very difficult to understand where the place was, since there was no hall or any sign, and since it was hard to get in contact with them.- since it was hot days while we were there, it was impossible to stay in the room during the day, even just for lunch. The sun comes directly in and the open window is not helping enough to survive.- bad small and a lot of stuffs/rubbish in the entrance of the building.- very small room, quite hard to move.
