  : Arriving at the property you keep walking in the freezing cold trying to find where it is because there's barely a small sign showing the entrance, written only in cyrilic. Getting to the reception, a woman that can't speak English kept talking on the phone to get every information on how the check in guests. Asked for payment, and I saw was charging me more. So then the woman on the phone tells that's extra for registration, I refuse to pay. Many more negative things about the place I'll just list it:- Tried to charge extra even though I said wasn't explained anywhere this extra charge on booking.com-Lied to me saying that every property charges for this. Pure lie, I've been in many other properties and never got charged. And NO, the other properties don't t add registration in the total room rate because in this way every single Russian citizen would also pay for that and they obviously don't have to.-Soundproofing 0. I could hear someone snoring on the neighbour room.-Paid for breakfast, 1st day nobody said anything. 2nd another woman working there asked me what I'd like and what time, but nothing in the morning. -Not a single rug in the bathroom.-While I was trying to check-in a man comes in to complain about his payment.They own some other "grand hotels" in the city, be careful and read the reviews.

  : it was a very nice stay! The staff was very nice (Olga, Tatsiana and Natalya). Especially Natalya was very helpful. I can recommend this hotel!
  : The hotel is a little bit difficult to find at first, since it is on the second floor and the sign is not in Latin letters.

  : Pleasant personel, helpful besides language barrier. Good WiFi, comfortable bed.
  : Lack of English speaking personnel. Troubles with hotel telephone number. Supposedly "press 0 for English" was not English.

  : - Excellent location, very close to metro Gorkovskaya, easy access to Theater Baltiyski Dom, Lenfilm, park etc- Very cordial and friendly staff, especially Natalya at the reception - thank you very much!!!- Breakfast always served at the room, just to arrange the time day before

  : Stuff welcoming was excellent. All the receptionists were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is very close to metro, Neva embankment and a lot of other attractions.
  : It was quite hard to find the hotel as there is a very small signboard. We were with a child (6 years old) and felt bed space was a bit narrow for three of us.
