: Perfect location, 10-25 min to all the major attractions, Moscow railway station is in 15-20 min by foot, lots of shops and cafes around, very stylish design, high ceilings (more that 3m), fully equipped kitchen, sound system, nice and responsive hosts (answered my questions by WhatsApp very late at night). Attention to details makes the stay even more pleasant: bath robes, umbrellas, box of chocolate.
: Shower is hard to tune. Water or too hot or too cold. It took me more than 10 min to get the right temperature. Told to the hosts, they said they will solve the issue. As mentioned in description, 3rd floor with no elevator. Was not a problem for me, but for some visitors might be.

: Very cool design, spacious, comfortable, top floor of the building. All you possibly need kitchen utensils. Beer, wine, champagne glasses. Bluetooth music system.
: Slow water pressure in the shower. For this price range you would expect better bed linen and towels. Entrance to the building is quite scary (100 years of no maintenance), but this is quite typical for St Pete non-hotel development.

: Nice studio in industrial style in the center of SPB. Very clean and comfortable. 5 mins walk to Nevsky prospect and 3 metro stations. We used public transport to get around, usually bus/trolley on Nevsky to get north side. There is a small healthy meals grocery store on the first floor of the building and bakery around the corner with delicious pastry. The stuff was nice and very helpful.
: It may be a problem for someone to get a luggage to 3rd floor, there was no elevator in the building.I wish the staircase area was cleaner. You have to learn how to use shower water to make it optimal temperature, it was either hot or cold to me.
