  : The apartment was in the area of Piter we best like to stay. It was on the first floor (one floor above street level) and also had an elevator. It was very clean and quite well decorated in an old building with high ceilings. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The bed was comfortable and the nights were quiet. There was plenty of shelf / closet space. No problems with warm / hot water in the shower. Everything worked well.
  : I would suggest some bigger plates for eating. The bedroom door swings open (doesn't close properly). The cold water spigot in the shower is broken (you need to push and then turn, or it doesn't work, but once you get the desired temperature, it holds). The property advertises parking but the courtyard parking is quite far away (some hundreds of meters), on another street. However, you can often find street parking nearer by, especially in the late evenings.
