  : The bed sheets were not clean and full of hair. The room was none smoking but the air ducts would bring in smoke from other rooms.

  : Nice and clean room. very good location, near tram stop, Galeria shopping mall and train station. Friendly staffs.
  : They were running out of coffee and didn't refill on the last day. Water was also forget to refill, but you can ask for it. Bathroom has smell of cigarette. After touch up the room, staff left the window open, so we smelled the smoke from the street.

  : The location is very good, everything in walking distance! Bus/tram stop near the hotel and also the metro is close by. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The little fridge, 2 TV's, the airco, slippers, comfy bed, all a big plus :-) Friendly staff and it was no problem to leave our bags for a couple of hours, before we had to go to the airport.
  : It's a bit hard to find the entrance of the hotel, because you have to open a gate - like walking into a closed parking place - and the lobby is very small! All the steps is not really handy if you have a heavy bag/trolley! The seat in our sauna (room 118) could use a little support, before it could break - when sitting on it with 2 people, just an idea ;-) But these are all minor issues, we enjoyed our stay for sure!

  : The internet was not operating for three days. And, there was no mobile networks reception in the room. Being cut off from Internet for three days isn’t my idea of a perfect hotel for a business trip.

  : Location is great, good restaurants close by and nevsky in just few minutes by foot. Also metro stations very close by. Clean room and good facilities. Nice beds and quiet room. Helpfull staff even though english is not well spoken by all of them.
  : Bit tricky to find at first. It is on alley behind the big yellow building and there are no signs.
