  : The apartment in its entirety is in satisfying condition and soundproofing is good. It has a great location, as city centre is within the walking distance.
  : We stayed at this property from 27th to 29th of June 2019. There were three of us staying in Studio apartment (apartment number 6) and that is the absolute maximum that it can fit in. First of all, property doesn’t match either provided photos, or the description. Apparently photos attached to the description of a room is a random selection of photos from all of the apartments available at this property. In addition, room is missing iron, clothes drying rack and complimentary bath products that are mentioned in facilities. Room is overall quite dusty, so it won’t be suitable for people with allergies. In the apartment there is only one small waste bin in the bathroom and only one roll of toilet paper. Sofa bed is extremely hard to operate.However, the biggest downside is that apartment is missing air conditioning and it is unbearably hot inside. It is extremely inconvenient especially during the summer nights, because open window doesn’t help much and one gets bitten by mosquitoes. During booking, there is no mention of the fact that landlord withholds amount of 2000 rub as a deposit for the keys. Also, one is urged to pay with cash for apartment, even though Booking advises otherwise. Landlord is nice, but quite unpunctual.
