  : Location was really good, close to everything. Comfortable room. My boyfriend is English and he was happy to communicate with the receptionists in English.
  : Oh dear!!! That’s going to be a long one. Take a comfy seat.Unfortunately as usual it’s started from small things and progressed to bigger. We were very disappointed in the end.First couple of days we were going for breakfast and lovely woman Umaten cooked for us. As we been told the hotel is not busy we can order food and even come down for breakfast as late as 11a.m. On a forth day we went down only to find out that food is cold, tasteless and we can only have what available on the buffet. Never mind from the day one we knew that the coffee machine is not making any coffee, it’s still a mystery to us, what does it do???So, the next day, same story and on and on. Until the last morning of our stay Umaten cooked breakfast for us again and told us that hotel is empty and restaurant close for refurbishment. Well, clearly the lack of food and appalling quality of it was a perfect explanation. Everything must go and it doesn’t matter that rotten vegetables is not what we paid for! Enough about food. We are not starved, we adults who can manage to leave on bread and eggs.Room service...It was really strange to me when I was asked by a room attendant to leave the room within 10 minutes because she has her own schedule and things to do. Not like we were in room all the time, not at all but in the morning after “feeling breakfast “ I would like to get ready to go out for all day and would like to have a proper coffee.She done that on couple of occasions. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Funny enough, after she got her way we were back in the room to find out that rubbish bin wasn’t empty ( I took it to reception by myself) or a dust cloth left on the table. Perhaps she was on the hurry. Things happens, it didn’t bother us much.What did bother us though is that one morning we tried to have a shower and there were no water. Unfortunately the setting doesn’t allowed me to write more here but I will write a proper complaint about our stay.

  : Great location; a quiet side street just stone throws away from major streets and landmarks within walking distance. Also two 24 hour- food shops, within 2- minute walking distance which is a great bonus. Breakfast was fine and varied a bit daily which was nice. Fridge in the room which compensates the lack of minibar. Staff organized a taxi to the station which was 3 times cheaper than listed price, many thanks for that too!

  : The hotel's location is close to a metro station, which is very conventient. Furthermore, the area seems very secure as a lot of embassies and consulates are located in the same district.
  : The air conditioning did not work properly and there was a little reek in the room...

  : Brilliant Staff! Excellent location: Central but in very quite area. Charming small mall 100 meters away with a nice supermarket.

  : Nice and cosy room, new furniture, clean, complimentary water. Also, the girl at the breakfast was friendly.
  : The breakfast was rather thin, they constantly brought refills and if you arrived towards the end of it, there was not much left. Also, the wi-fi needed a reconnection every now and then (but it seems to be a general thing in Russia).
