  : There was significant noise in the night time! In the room 204 on the second floor the old wooden windows made loud noise when vibrating every 30-60 minutes because of the trucks outside, they probably had a base somewhere near or what? It sounded like an alarm clock waking us up! Then we moved to the room 104 on the first floor. The plastic windows were okay, but there was another problem. The sudden loud noises lasting for like 30 seconds (probably when people in the rooms around were using water). It seemed like a water pump but sounded like a perforator crushing your wall. The noise proofing of the rooms is terrible, you can hear your neighbors' steps. Though it can be explained by the price and quality balance, but the problems mentioned above cannot be tolerated, the noise significantly exceeded the legal norms for the noise levels in the living spaces. We had 4 terrible days of sleep out of 6 days. All this information we told to the administration, my proposal of compensation in the form of a discount was rejected.
