  : When we complained, they gave us a refund.
  : The property was filthy, it had urine stains up the wall and the bath was stained yellow. One friend came up in a rash from the bedsheets, another friend was bit by bedbugs, and all of us couldn't get a decent night’s sleep due to the mattress.

  : Charles was pleasant,willing to assist and very courteous.
  : Unfortunately due to lack of staff the restaurant didn't operate Sundays and Tuesdays. The muesli offered at breakfast was good the first few days but was basically oats after that I.e. lacked fruits and nuts. The coffee was instant and awful,we opted for a pot of tea after the first 2 days but we noticed that there was an espresso/cappuccino machine in the bar!Booking.com said ironing facilities in the room,but that wasn't the case. We had to ask and were provided with an iron that must have been 20years old-no ironing board! The iron was removed the next day and a couple of days later we asked again for an iron an received both an airin and ironing board.Not sure why you need these comments as this hotel is closing next month as the site has been sold to developers as a possible retirement/ dementia home.

  : Staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Bonus having a pub on site
  : Nothing regarding the hotel.Though the taxi back from St Helier to the hotel was expensive at £13 for only a mile & and half

  : The breakfast was was very good served at table in the old fashioned way. My wife does not eat a full breakfast so she was only charged half price without me even asking! As other reviews have stated the rooms and the whole hotel are dated but given it is due to close at end September and be demolished this is not surprising
