  : Ina and Bella were very helpful in making contact before I arrived and ensuring that I was receiving messages ok, as the booking.com messages were not reaching them. This was essential as I was arriving at night. They were also very helpful in finding an alternative charger for me, as mine was not available because my hold bag had not arrived on the plane. A lovely, friendly, cheerful and efficient team! The place is clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fine. It was great to be able to get to Gorey Castle so quickly, was only minutes away. I came because of the good reviews.

  : Beds were well-used so the springs were apparent. Pool table and pool cue need replacing.

  : Let's start to say it's great that a place like this still exists in Jersey. In an old manor, in front of beautiful Gorey castle, in a natural environment. The place has a nice mix of young and old guests. Nice friendly staff and the beds in our (twin bed private) room were very comfy. Great memories.
  : Not really anything. The breakfast is not too extravagant, but all good.

  : Hot water at the sink was too hot. The wifi was broken in our room, we were told to use wifi in the common room but still could not access it there.

  : Ina and Bella were very helpful, friendly and welcoming, making sure we had what we needed. They helped us get a taxi on our final morning which was much appreciated. Thanks. We loved the location of the property and especially the games room which was well stocked. There was lots of space to relax inside this impressive, historic building. Having grown up watching Bergerac it was great to be where it was filmed! Just what we needed. A lovely, relaxing stay. Highly recommended.
  : The accommodation was exactly as described so it's no criticism that there wasn't the facility to make coffee. (You just get used to it in hotel rooms but it was probably good to drink less coffee this week!) Everything about this holiday was great : I couldn't fault it. I will recommend it to friends and colleagues and we will return to Jersey again. Thanks again.
