  : Clean, quiet and comfortable. 10 - 15 mins walk from bus station. Really fantastic breakfast- Jackie's full English kept me going on my many coastal walks. Not a posh place but great value.

  : The breakfast was excellent, the bedding and towels were changed regularly and the bed was comfy. The shower was lovely and hot. Staff were very friendly. Altogether good value for money.

  : I had a lovely experience.The hostess was very welcoming, helpful, polite and friendly, the room was clean and comfy, the ensuite bathroom was clean and the shower worked well with plenty of hot water.It was quite cold outside but the room was a nice warm temperature. The bed and pillows were comfy and the cooked breakfast was nice.The location is about 18 minutes walk from the bus station and 40 seconds walk from the bus stop of bus 4, the one connecting the hotel to Royal Jersey Showground where I was attending an event. Just one note, if it is your first time in Jersey be aware plenty of bus stops in Jersey don't have a pole or board or shelter with names of the stops or bus numbers, there is only a writing on the street (literally on the floor) that says "bus" with the number of the bus stop or their times. The stop outside the guesthouse is one of them. I couldn't find it and one passerby pointed the writing on the floor to me saying that was the bus stop. For all your grocery needs there is a small Co-op supermarket 1 minute walk from the guesthouse, a Morrisons 3 minutes walk and a Waitrose 8 minutes walk. The small Co-op is open every day, the Waitrose from Monday to Saturday and the Morrison I am not sure as I didn't use it.The free wi-fi worked well.
  : Just one very minor thing: the toilet in my room was facing a wall and there isn't much space in front of you when you sit there… it was just enough for me, but a taller person would probably be sitting there a bit less comfortably. But as I said this is something very minor, I had a really good experience and I would happily come back to Alister Guest House.
