Policies

When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 9 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 3 years old to 6 years old stay for 50% of the adult rate per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Children from 7 years old to 12 years old stay for 70% of the adult rate per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Children from 13 years old to 17 years old stay for 80% of the adult rate per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Hotel Das Zentrum in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that for the Deluxe Apartment a security deposit of EUR 400 is required. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
