  : We had one of the new apartments on the 4th floor. Very nice. However two things were wrong which is strange for a new apartment - the bathroom sliding door didnt close completely all the way. There was a crack and its right where the toilet is. So theres not full privacy on toilet. - the curtains at the window were too short. I had to use a clip to hold them together so they would stay closed and no light would come in. I love having the window open at night for fresh air. However you hear loud people on the streets at night. And very loud church bells which wake you up at 6 am. The location is excellent for ski lift and restaurants. But if you stay a little further away its quieter.

  : Rooms were spacious, clean, tidy and well stocked with linen and kitchen utensils.
  : Reception was poor, we arrived and the room was not ready, when the room was ready reception was closed and we had to go to the sister hotel for keys. The reception was often closed. The spa and gym were poor. The spa was tiny, the sauna was cold (set to 60C) and too small for hotel of this size. The details about there being a gym is misleading because there was no gym at the apartments, instead there was use of a gym at the sister hotel which was quite frankly too far to walk just to use the facilities. Similarly the boot room and ski storage was inadequate for everybody, we had to store our kit in the onsite ski hire shop. Two small benches for everybody to get their gear on was way to small. We had to get ready in the lobby, or (if it was open) in reception.

  : Bed were comfortable.The apartment is spacious and modern.Ability to enter the grater spa at the original Regina hotel.
  : No sofas to sit together, only the dining table.No personal lockers for ski storage. The gear roon is not convenient. There were hairs at the shower when we got to the room.The kitchen is too basic.The outside pool is cold during winter.

  : Location great, decor nice. Breakfast available if required. Nice sauna and relaxation area. Would stay again.
  : Pool sometimes very cool, had to leave tap running for hot water in apartment, walls and ceilings poorly soundproofed for a relatively new building. Any issues we had, they sorted out where possible.
