  : The morning staff were delightful.
  : The paper bag breakfast left a little to be desired. There was no toaster in the room to toast the bagel and the yogurt and milk were miniature sized. Also, the room right on the busy bypass road could have better soundproofing so cars going by at all hours of the night cant be heard.

  : The worker on duty when we checked in quite late should be commended for remaining calm under an extremely tense situation with 2 hostile individuals where a mistake was made and they became extremely rude, load, verbally aggressive, dismissive of any attempts to placate them. She literally was shaking. I complimented her in the morning for maintaining composure that eventually escalated to police 911 involvement. So, area gets an F. Employee A+++! Truly great training or really good zen because she did not raiser her voice and was so cool and collected. She really appreciated the kind words in the morning when we checked out.
  : The area, as mentioned above, the parking fee of $10 is a stupid money grab, and $75 for a dog?! Westin was like $40! With a dog bed, treat, and bowls! The pillows were terrible, our room was up against a brightly lit expressway that was so loud it sounded like F1, there was no milk in the am despite pre ordering, no utensils in room, plastic or metal which seems weird when there is a stove, and the pillows were terrible.

  : While I turned in the slips requesting breakfast, 2 days in a row, they couldn't find the slips...it was a weird, inefficiant, and unreliable system.would gave preferred it to be delivered, as I had to cook the oatmeal in my room.

  : Grab and go breakfast ridiculous for what you pay, went to Marriott residence Inn where our other we’re staying to have a full breakfast buffet every day went and had dinner there because their facility was way bigger cheaper price, Bed was absolutely hard as a ROCK! my 11 year old forgot her toothbrush called downstairs for a complementary toothbrush and toothpaste and she said we do not do that. They are five dollars a place plus tax or I could walk across the street to the gas station. So went and got one from the Marriott again they were way more accommodating, called Sunday morning front desk for more coffee pods and condiments and the front desk girl had no clue what I was talking about kept saying that’s what the coffee is for downstairs. I said no I needed condiments to make coffee at 5 AM. I have to leave here at six for softball and she said then I needed to come downstairs, I said can you please bring me up some coffee pods and condiments? All she kept saying was and then I got hung up on! I won’t be staying here again. Monday morning staff lady was extremely nice thank you for that.
