  : The staff was amazing! Very friendly, I know "it's their job," but they were very accommodating. The person checking in before me had requests, and they were very professional and kind. The hotel was clean. The shower had good pressure. The pillows were good. It was quiet and well kept. My key worked properly, and the mattress was very comfy! So comfy I wanted to take it home and just let them charge me
  : There were many events going on at the time of our stay and the lot was full so we had to park a little bit away from the hotel, however the parking lot was safe and vehicle was just as I left it. This wasn't a huge problem for me personally. However, if u have sore legs or any disabilities it might be inconvenient.

  : The room was ok
  : Not thoroughly clean, the carpet in the hallway and the stairs smelled musty. The lotion in the room, wasn’t replaced, it was used (seal was broken) and it was empty. Bed was way too soft. No fitness center, the indoor pool was nice but it felt like a sauna in there. Bad ventilation.

  : We stayed in Roseville for a Noah Kahan concert nearby. We were checked in efficiently and a bit early. The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were soft and comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean.
  : Our room air conditioner controls didn’t work, but we didn’t bother asking for a fix because it was cool enough without it, so we just unplugged the entire unit. There isn’t a ton to do nearby aside from the Westfield mall, but the area does have a handful of lovely coffee shops (check out World Travelers Roasters). Otherwise, expect to be eating primarily fast food.

  : There was no remote control for the tv. The coffee maker was a cheap piece of crap. And there is a $12 parking fee on top of your hotel fees!! I will not return here again, especially because of the parking fee.
